Client Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the value of our recruitment services.
- Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and pipeline activity using CRM software.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or recruitment roles with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and understanding of hiring processes in various sectors.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.
