Operations Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Industrial Operations Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of secondary services equipment, including HVAC systems, RO plants, and mechanical infrastructure.
• Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Techncial Expertise

You will lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and utility systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. You will also coordinate system upgrades and modifications in line with operational needs and technological advancements.

Compliance & Safety

You will enforce strict adherence to regulatory standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Budget Management

You will track expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising operational integrity. Collaborate with procurement and finance teams for optimal sourcing and budget planning.

Team Collaboration

Liaise with production, engineering, and facility teams to align secondary services with site-wide operational goals. Prepare and present performance reports, maintenance summaries, and improvement plans to site leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' work experience in a factory or industrial setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proven technical capability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Competent speaking and writing skills in English.
