Financial Leadership Role

We seek an experienced financial leader to oversee our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Manage full life cycle accounting, taxation, payables, receivables, budgeting, banking, forecasting, and auditing.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the accounts and finance team to review and optimize policies, procedures, and information systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure operations comply with internal policies, regulations, and ensure timely completion of filings (tax, etc.).
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare analysis and reports, and provide guidance to operating staff to minimize risk and improve financial outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Internal Controls: Review, update, and develop internal control systems to manage and oversee internal audits for compliance with policies and standards.
  • Forensic Accounting: Implement preventive measures for fraudulent activities.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll function ensuring confidentiality controls.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously improve existing processes with a focus on team development and process automation.
