About the Role

We are seeking an experienced support representative to join our Translation Empire team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA), preferably.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to work quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for learning and growing, with a willingness to streamline functions and adapt to new processes.
Work Arrangements

On-site work from the office.

Shift Schedule

UK timings: 1pm-10pm or 2pm-11pm, Monday through Sunday.

Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
