Job Description:

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of seed production for our organization. As a Territory Manager Seeds, you will be responsible for supporting farmers in producing high-quality seeds that meet our stringent standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of crop management, potato growing areas, and farmers' needs. Additionally, they should possess excellent technical knowledge of pest control and be fluent in local languages. Experience in supervisory roles or agro-based field work is also highly desirable.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Crop scouting and follow-ups to ensure adherence to good agricultural practices.
  • Providing farm advisory services and assisting farmers from sowing through harvesting and handling.
  • Monitoring crop performance and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Participating in training and transferring best practices to farmers in Pakistan.
  • Assisting in variety trials, evaluation, and research as required.
  • Developing new areas/geographies for disease-free, quality seed production.
  • Maintaining seed and chip stock traceability from seed to finished goods as part of our quality assurance journey.
  • Training field teams and farmers' staff on crop best practices.
  • Utilizing agro machinery and field operation solutions for cost-effective quality management.
  • Managing specific potato projects and programs under supervision.
  • Supporting farmers in improved crop management.
  • Assisting the Seed Development Manager (SDM) in procurement of AOP volume.
  • Supporting SDM in potato variety field trials in Pakistan.
  • Conducting farm visits and providing advisory services.
  • Performing field testing, data collection, and handling grower complaints.
  • Providing general advice to growers without brand recommendations.


To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Hons.) or Master's degree in Agriculture (Hons.). You should have 1-2 years of supervisory experience with pesticide/seed companies or 2-3 years of agro-based field work experience. Collaborative skills, prioritization, perseverance, and responsible behavior are essential for this position.
