Job Title: Social Media Ambassador

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Ambassador. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive meaningful interactions across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our goals and target audience. Identify key social media trends, platforms, and technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of social media advancements.
  2. Content Creation and Curation: Create and curate engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetics across all channels.
  3. Community Management: Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and conversations across social media channels to foster meaningful connections with the audience. Foster a positive online community and address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with product launches, events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  5. Social Media Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while staying within allocated resources. Utilize targeting options and analytics tools to maximize the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and website traffic and provide regular performance reports to inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics for improved results.
  7. Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms. Collaborate with other departments to gather information, insights, and content for social media initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Social Media Ambassador or similar role with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns. Strong understanding of various social media platforms their audiences and best practices. Proficiency in social media management tools analytics and scheduling platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content. Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging platforms. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with graphic design video editing and photography is a plus.
