Ecommerce Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Ads & Growth Manager to drive online sales and profitability for our brand.
This role will involve owning and managing all paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) with a focus on driving profitable conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative ad concepts and collaborate with the content team to produce high-performing creatives.
- Test and refine targeting, creative, and copy to increase ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics daily — make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce and creative teams to optimize landing pages, bundles, and site experience for maximum conversion.
- At least 3 years of experience running and scaling paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands.
- Proven ability to manage ad spend of at least $500/day.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with using user-generated content (UGC) and influencer content for ads.
- Experience working with Shopify.
- Background in consumer products or trend-driven brands.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and its integration with paid advertising.
