Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled professional to provide financial decision support and management expertise to ensure the delivery of financial targets. As part of a finance partner team, you will work closely with site finance lead and other functions to drive business performance.

  • Provide value-added decision support to business stakeholders, leveraging financial knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Drive management insight through standard management reports and in-depth understanding of the business.
  • Participate in discussions and decisions on options to improve performance, focusing on priorities and understanding risks, opportunities, and feasibility.

Skills and Qualifications

  • ACCA or ACA finalist, MBA Finance degree.
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in supply chain finance or business partnering is preferred.
  • Demonstrated financial knowledge of modeling, analysis, evaluation, forecasting, strategic planning, and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with systems and processes affecting financial results (e.g., Bison, MERP, Siera, Power BI).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operations and support functions to deliver embedded decision support, financial analysis, and deep insight into performance delivery and resource allocation.
  • Lead key parts of monthly reporting and reviews with SMAS, plans, and forecasts, providing commentary on key variances and business drivers.
  • Support site finance partner in signing off site income statement and balance sheet and forecast.
  • Deliver site governance and other ad-hoc presentation creation.
