About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee the entire mobile application life cycle, from concept to deployment and support.
  • As a Team Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, test, and release products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver across the entire app life cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support.
  2. Work directly with creatives, developers, user experience leads, and producers to conceptualize, build, test, and release products.
  3. Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
  4. Build prototypes.
  5. Work with the web developers to create and maintain robust mobile frameworks.
  6. Create compelling device-specific user interfaces and experiences.
  7. Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.
  8. Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical clients and employees.
  9. Strong OOP and data structure concepts.
  10. Experience developing client-server Apps.
  11. Must have worked on the architecture of complex .NET projects.
  12. In-depth knowledge of object-oriented architecture and design patterns.
  13. In-depth knowledge of various new tools and technologies.
  14. Good technical writing skills.
  15. Good knowledge of refactoring and optimization.
  16. Propose good solutions for day-to-day problems/enhancements.
  17. Proactive communication with the development team and clients.
