Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee the development of our mobile application. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the entire app life cycle, from concept to deployment, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver across the entire app life cycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support.
  • Work directly with creatives, developers, user experience leads, and producers to conceptualize, build, test, and release products.
  • Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
  • Build prototypes.
  • Work with web developers to create and maintain robust mobile frameworks.
  • Create compelling device-specific user interfaces and experiences.
  • Keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies.
  • Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical clients and employees.
  • Strong OOP and data structure concepts.
  • Experience developing client-server apps.
  • Must have worked on the architecture of complex .NET projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of object-oriented architecture and design patterns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various new tools and technologies.
  • Good technical writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of refactoring and optimization.
  • Propose good solutions for day-to-day problems/enhancements.
  • Proactive communication with the US office, development team, and clients.
