UI/UX Designer

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional user experience, ensuring our continued success and customer satisfaction.

This individual must possess a keen aesthetic sense, combined with creativity and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

  1. Develop innovative designs using various methods and tools.
  2. Evaluate the intuitiveness and overall experience of these designs.
  3. Merge creativity with awareness of essential design elements.
  4. Create prototypes for new product ideas.
  5. Conduct ongoing research on user behavior and preferences.
  6. Analyze design briefs to determine key requirements.
  7. Visualize concepts based on established requirements.
  8. Collaborate with UI engineers and developers to communicate ideas and visions.
  9. Design low-detail wireframes and translate approved ideas into high-definition design drafts.
  10. Test graphics across multiple platforms to ensure they are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
  11. Stay focused on workload and projects as assigned by the Digital Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements:
  1. Experience as a UI-UX / Graphic Designer or similar role.
  2. Excellent understanding of aesthetics and design principles.
  3. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as design, visual arts, or computer science.
  4. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Able to discuss and explain design options effectively.
  6. Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
  7. Showcase problem-solving abilities and a customer-centered approach.
  8. Familiarity with Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
Job Specification:
  1. This includes planning, testing, creating prototypes, conducting research, analyzing briefs, conceptualizing visuals, collaborating with engineers/developers, preparing wireframes, testing graphics, and managing workload.
