What We're Looking for in a Growth Marketing Manager

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining features designed to improve key business metrics such as retention, virality, and conversion.

  • You will work on initiatives to enhance system efficiency and productivity, including improving metrics, analytics, and experimentation infrastructure.
  • Assist in pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases to ensure the software products are delivered as best-in-class services.
  • Analyze data directly to inform strategic business decisions.
About the Role

This is a full-time, remote position with opportunities for professional growth and development.

We're open to candidates from diverse backgrounds and locations. If based outside Finland or internationally eligible for a visa, relocation assistance and costs are covered after the first year.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain experimental features to drive business growth.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver software products that meet high standards.
  3. Use data analysis to inform strategic business decisions and optimize processes.
Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and statistical significance.
  • Experience with SQL and statistical data analysis, data integration, and handling large datasets.
