Senior Project Manager for Large Software Projects

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of complex software projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely completion, quality, and adherence to budget.

  1. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

  2. Develop and implement project management methodologies, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in managing large-scale software projects using Agile methodologies.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality results.

  • Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Rally, and VersionOne.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
