Job Summary">

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead customer engagements and ensure successful project delivery for IP Core solutions across the Middle East and Africa.

This role will manage both the sales and delivery lifecycle, driving business growth and operational excellence through close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Manage the sales and delivery lifecycle of IP Core solutions in the Middle East and Africa region">
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer proposals">
  • Ensure alignment between contract commitments and delivery execution">
  • Define project scope, secure resources, and establish project plans">
  • Drive project execution, monitor progress, and manage changes, risks, and escalations">
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and scope while ensuring compliance with legal and environmental standards">
Requirements">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, or Telecommunications">
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience">
  • At least 8 years of domain experience in mobile and data network solutions or services">
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including margin management">
  • Consultative selling and customer engagement skills">
  • Negotiation, influencing, and communication skills">
  • Experience in leading cross-functional and multicultural teams">
  • Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management abilities">
  • Understanding of project sales processes">
  • Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred">
  • Experience in contract management and third-party supplier coordination">
