**Alumni Engagement Specialist**

About the Role:

This role requires a highly skilled and organized individual to enhance alumni engagement by managing social media platforms and providing dedicated service support.

  • Develop, write, and edit original content tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Manage and maintain alumni social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and active engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain alumni social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and active engagement across platforms.
  2. Content Development: Develop, write, and edit original content tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  3. Dedicated Service Support: Provide dedicated service support to alumni through various channels, including email and phone.
  4. Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing alumni events and activities, including Homecoming, Batch Reunions, and Chapter Reunions.
  5. Database Management: Maintain and update the alumni database, including outreach through cold calls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Communication: Ability to communicate well in both English and Urdu.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in the use of computer and well-versed with MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Business Communication: Business communication skills, including letter writing, email etiquette, and phone call protocols.
  • Database Management: Database management skills, including data entry and maintenance.
