  6. Meet and exceed weekly performance metrics in sales and recruitment.
  7. Follow up with clients to confirm expectations are met and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Pursue high-quality contacts and accounts that align with our platform, creating positive impressions and building a sales pipeline.
  9. Manage the first point of contact for potential clients while executing marketing and sales strategies.
  10. Organize, categorize, and prioritize leads, collecting market data to understand customer needs and effectively communicate them to the sales team.
