As a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.   • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field, or DAE (Electronics) with relevant business experience.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role or technical coordination position.
