Career Opportunity: CRM Support Specialist
As a skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- In this role, you will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions is crucial in this role.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in computer software applications and systems is necessary to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field, or DAE (Electronics) with relevant business experience.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role or technical coordination position.
