Quality Assurance Specialist

This position is pivotal in ensuring that all business activities are conducted in a manner that safeguards both the environment and employee health and safety.

  • The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our company's QHSE policy to guarantee compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to International Management System (IMS) certification requirements.
  • Provide training, support, and advice to staff to facilitate IMS implementation.
  • Develop project-specific quality plans and ensure they are agreed upon prior to work commencement.
  • Identify necessary training needs and provide induction to new employees on quality and relevant refresher courses.
  • Conduct audits of projects, processes, or departments as per audit frequency.
  • Log and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain liaison with certification bodies regarding certification, audits, and payment matters.
  • Plan and conduct training sessions on IMS processes.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Host Management Review Meetings.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE).
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and API Standards.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, conducting, and closing second and third-party audits.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing processes and procedures.
