  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to achieve business objectives.">
  • Operational Efficiency: Lead the development and implementation of accounting and operational systems, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.">
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Manage overall risk assessment and management processes, ensuring comprehensive documentation and mitigation of risks in alignment with company practices.">
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee and lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and business planning processes.">
  • Audit & Reporting: Coordinate and lead audit process, liaising with statutory auditors and addressing audit findings and recommendations.">
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective performance and professional development.">
  • Strategic & Financial Decision-Making: Contribute to strategic and financial decision-making processes, including assessing business models, resource allocations, and insurance product distribution.">

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Qualified CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.">
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a senior financial management role within the insurance sector, with a strong background in both general insurance and reinsurance.">
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team, with a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and achieving financial objectives.">
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management.">
