Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent in the IT industry. This includes developing technical knowledge to optimize the recruitment process, managing resumes, negotiating pay rates, and utilizing multiple sources to identify new technical talent.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Recruit candidates based on hard and soft skills, conduct in-depth interviews, and technically qualify references.
  • Resume Management: Manage and format resumes of owned candidates, consultants, and current employees for sales purposes.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize social media, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, cold calling, and university visits to identify new technical talent.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate appropriate pay rates and make offers to candidates.
  • Billing Consultants: Maintain a minimum number of billing consultants.

Training and Development
  • Training Programs: Coordinate all training programs, assign authority/responsibility, provide education, and materials to managers and employees.
  • Performance Management: Lead the implementation of performance development plans (PDPs), employee development programs, and establish an in-house training system.
  • External Training: Assist top management with selecting and contracting external training programs and consultants.

Performance Management
  • Quarterly Appraisals: Conduct quarterly performance appraisals.
  • Competency Models: Establish competency models for various positions, design standards for competency assessment, and implement the competency framework system.
  • Best Practices: Research best practices to design and revise the performance management system.

  • Advertising and Sourcing: Good advertising and sourcing abilities.
  • Meeting Deadlines: Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
