Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash forecasting, fund positioning and bank account management.
  • Oversee cash flow to ensure timely settlements and optimal working capital management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to secure favourable terms and services.

Treasury Operations:

  • Supervise domestic and international payment processes to ensure accurate disbursements.
  • Coordinate closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to optimize cash flow.
  • Monitor the organisation's foreign exchange exposures and develop hedging strategies in line with company policies.

Debt & Investment Management:

  • Manage the corporate debt portfolio, including borrowings, repayment schedules and covenant compliance.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities balancing return objectives with liquidity and risk considerations.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare regular treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, debt schedules and FX exposure summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, tax regulations and central bank guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, banking or finance, preferably within large organisations with significant debt portfolios and active risk management operations.
  • Strong knowledge of banking practices, treasury systems, financial instruments and regulatory requirements.
