We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to establish and manage our local development office in Islamabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Establishing a local development office in Islamabad.
  2. Hiring and managing a team of technical staff including Development Managers, Developers, Technical Writers, Testers, Sys Admin, and DBA.
  3. Overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of the development office.
  4. Exploring incentives and programs offered by the government to foreign software companies.

This position will report to a Project Director based in Toronto, Canada.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong leadership and management skills, fluency in English, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for establishing and managing a development team/office in Pakistan.
  • Foster relationships with government agencies and organizations to explore incentives and programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.
