Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary for interacting with various stakeholders, including senior management, technical teams, and business users.

">Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or computer science is required. A Master's degree in a related field may be advantageous. Additionally, a certification in a relevant field such as project management or data analysis can be beneficial. At least 15 years of total experience in the domain of finance technology, with a strong banking background, is required. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial Analytical Applications (FTP, ALM, PFT, LLFP, etc.) and Microsoft Dot.net Technology-based platforms (Finance Web Portal, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Microsoft Reporting Services) is necessary. Experience with Extraction Transformation and Loading (ETL) tools like Informatica or similar is also essential. Exposure to core banking systems, digital technologies, and new technologies like Python, Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Spark, and ELT/ETL methodologies can be an advantage.
