Job Summary:

SEO Manager Position

An SEO Manager will be responsible for enhancing our organic search rankings and providing exceptional search engine optimization services. You will also work on improving the health of our website via keyword research and content optimization, and carry out offsite SEO activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create effective strategies for search engine optimization.
  • Oversee and supervise a team of SEO experts.
  • Lead research for SEO friendly keywords.
  • Monitor technical SEO issues and help in fixing them.
  • Optimize the content of landing pages, blogs, and websites.
  • Direct and coordinate content teams in off-page SEO tasks like link-building and forum commenting.
  • Analyze insights and create reports on all aspects of SEO including audience, traffic, views, clicks, and rankings.

Beyond these core responsibilities, the ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and marketing standards, collaborate with other teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in a software house, e-commerce, or agency.
  2. Bachelor's in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related area (not required).
  3. Proficient with Technical SEO, Content Marketing, and Search Marketing techniques.
  4. Proven track record; applicants must submit websites that demonstrate their SEO ability.
  5. Expert user of web analytics tools and concepts, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  6. Experience using search tools and platforms.
  7. Compelling written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  8. Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
