As a skilled carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood and other materials. You must have experience in cutting, shaping and joining materials to build various structures such as furniture, cabinets, door frames and building frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study blueprints, drawings or specifications to determine the materials required for a project.">
  • Cut, shape and join materials according to measurements provided.">
  • Build wooden structures such as window frames, floorings, walls, roofs using carpentry tools.">
  • Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, doors etc.">
  • Inspect places for any damages or defects before starting work.">
  • Repair or renovate wooden structures when needed.">
  • Follow safety procedures at all times.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a carpenter.">
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.">
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.">
