Senior Consultant Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization in a Senior Consultant Specialist role.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skills and leadership abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team of engineers.
In this position, you will be responsible for high-level requirement analysis, estimation, and scheduling, as well as planning, monitoring, tracking, controlling, and reporting on engineering activities.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform high-level requirement analysis, estimation, and scheduling.
- Plan, monitor, track, control, and report on engineering activities.
- Prepare technical designs.
- Review technical designs, code, test plans, and test results.
- Support testing in system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare for releases.
- Contribute to non-functional requirements such as performance and security testing.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- Represent the engineering team in project meetings and discussions with stakeholders and other IT teams.
- Lead and guide a team of approximately 5 or more engineers to deliver projects as per effort and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects (2-3 for small to medium size).
- Report on status and metrics.
- Manage defects effectively.
- Support and coordinate change management activities.
- Support defect prevention activities.
- Implement process improvements based on lessons learned.
