Daycare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated professional to create a safe, engaging and enriching environment for young children.

This role involves designing and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development, fostering a warm and inclusive learning environment, ensuring children's health and safety at all times, maintaining strong communication with parents and colleagues, observing and documenting child development and sharing insights with families, and collaborating with teaching staff to maintain educational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, minimum 2 years of experience in a daycare setting, knowledge of Montessori philosophy and early childhood development, strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents, and a compassionate, energetic and patient demeanor.
