HR Officer Job Description

As a dedicated and organized HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department.

  • Manage employee records accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop effective onboarding and orientation plans for new employees.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and conduct initial screenings of candidates to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Support line managers in organizing events and activities that foster employee engagement and motivation.
  • Contribute to performance management processes by collecting and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and update HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficient operations and improve productivity.
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions in coordination with line managers to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Handle all processing and documentation of employee onboarding and exit formalities with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and management.
  • Proven knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
