Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives in organizational development, talent management, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on performance management tools and processes.
  • Identify trends and recommend interventions to enhance team and individual performance.
  • Support the identification of skill gaps through performance data and recommend development interventions.
  • Manage and optimize performance management systems (SuccessFactors).
  • Generate dashboards and reports on performance trends, ratings distributions, and progress tracking.
  • Assist in the design and refinement of performance management systems (KPIs, goal setting, appraisals).
  • Ensure alignment of performance goals with organizational strategy.
  • Support the execution of leadership development and capability-building programs.
  • Partner with internal and external trainers to deliver learning solutions.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees and support succession planning frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HRBP roles.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with OD tools and frameworks
