Job Title

Our hospital is a leading healthcare provider in Pakistan, delivering comprehensive medical services with excellence.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within designated areas. This includes providing assistance during minor investigations, controlling traffic and parking, managing visitor flow, verifying IDs, and responding to emergencies.

Key requirements for this role include a matriculation or intermediate level education, at least two years of relevant experience, proficiency in handling small arms and communication equipment, and the ability to drive light traffic vehicles and read/write Urdu fluently.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety and security cover to patients, visitors, and employees within designated areas.
  • Assist in minor investigations as required.
  • Control traffic and parking while maintaining smooth flow and discipline.
  • Manage visitor flow by checking identity and enforcing visiting hours.
  • Verify staff, faculty, and student IDs to control unauthorized movement.
  • Respond to emergency calls and assist in fire and hospital emergencies.
  • Requirements:
  • Matriculation or intermediate level education.
  • At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in the Armed Forces.
  • Proficiency in handling small arms, unarmed combat, self-defense, and restraining techniques.
  • Efficiency in communication equipment, such as wireless sets and telephones.
  • Ability to drive light traffic vehicles and read/write Urdu fluently.
  • Complete fitness and physical ability to perform strenuous jobs.
  • Public dealing and management skills for aggressive behavior.
  • Willingness to work in shift duties.
