Job Title: ICT Manager/Consultant/Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Manager to join our organization. As an ICT Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to our team.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of ICT systems and technologies. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in IT or a related field and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a strong understanding of business process management systems, including ERP and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain the ICT website and operational manual.
  2. Develop and maintain offline blogging software with proper checks and develop its operational manual.
  3. Follow IC's methodology, philosophy, goals, and objectives throughout the process of facilitation of the program.
  4. Support logistic staff in preparing specifications of ICT equipment and procurement.
  5. Develop ICT awareness sessions manual for communities and build capacities of ICT field staff to deliver sessions to communities with proper monitoring visits.
  6. Support IC management by providing feedback in administrative and financial software.
  7. Contribute to Capacity Building, Knowledge Management, and Institutional Development of IC related to ICT.
  8. Make risk analyses and balance time-cost ratios to focus effort on the most appropriate implementation strategies for accurate outcomes of the project.
  9. Oversee ICT support to IC partners and associated partner communities.
  10. Provide technical support in conducting baseline surveys & action research, developing IEC material, and establishing community ICT centers.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of business process management systems, including ERP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
