Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contentful Architect to join our team. As we continue to grow, we need passionate and talented professionals to help us develop and maintain our digital platforms.

This is a full-time role that will involve designing and developing infrastructure for modern contentful-based web pages. You will also be responsible for creating content models, implementing design visuals, and migrating WordPress-based content to Contentful.

In this role, you will work closely with software developers, UX/UI visual designers, and product developers to build reusable components and front-end libraries. You will also be responsible for optimizing components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers.

Additional responsibilities include setting up the infrastructure to deliver web pages to end-users and for editor preview, including CI pipeline and CDN. You will also prepare proposals and time estimates for future work and schedule work to meet completion dates and technical specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in building sites using Content Management Systems (CMS), Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Vue.
  • 8+ years of experience in maintaining and administering.
  • 3+ years of experience in creating responsive websites on Contentful.
  • In-depth knowledge of Contentful, including content modeling, using Contentful APIs (RESTful or GraphQL), managing content types, and working with entries and assets within Contentful.
  • Experience integrating third-party services (translation) with Contentful.
  • Advanced frontend skills, including TypeScript,
  • Hands-on with static HTML and Server-side Rendering (SSR).
  • Good understanding of visualizing Contentful data for the web.
  • Extensive experience in developing complex web applications with React, Hooks, and TypeScript.
  • Thorough with cross-browser compatibility issues and approaches.
