Job Title:

Infrastructure Optimization Specialist

Description:

We seek a skilled engineer to design and implement high-performance infrastructure solutions.

  • Develop scalable architecture for Kubernetes-based platforms.
  • Build and maintain Docker container images, managing dependencies.
Responsibilities:

Configure and automate environments across diverse infrastructures.

  • Design and deploy large-scale Kubernetes clusters.
  • Manage MySQL clusters, storage solutions, ELK stacks, and Redis.

Collaborate with development teams to transition legacy applications to microservices architectures.

Integrate components to improve visibility into infrastructure performance.

Automate repetitive tasks using APIs, CLI tools, and custom scripting.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Unix-based environments, including RedHat and Ubuntu.

  • Experience with build systems and CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD and Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.

Scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell.

Familiarity with CLI tools for Veeam Backup, VMware, AWS, Azure, and Netscaler load balancers.

Ability to interact with REST APIs and implement authentication mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise with on-prem Kubernetes and Docker Compose.

Skilled in tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform.

Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, and SolarWinds for monitoring and logging.

Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
