**Job Summary**This role is a strategic opportunity to drive brand growth and performance.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of consumer insights and market trends, with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.Key responsibilities include analyzing consumer data to inform brand plans, monitoring market share and distribution through retail audits and business intelligence, and evaluating sales data to gather shopper insights with customer marketing.In addition, the successful candidate will lead digital campaigns and localize global initiatives for mental availability, drive brand building strategies around pet parent data and consumer insights, and maximize ROI of media activities on digital platforms.About this Role:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business results and grow the brand.
  • Analyze consumer data and market trends to inform brand decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • MBA in Marketing with 5 years of experience, including digital experience.
  • Sales experience is desired but not mandatory.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
