The Finance and Administration Coordinator role is a critical position that involves providing financial information to management by analyzing accounting data and preparing reports of different business units.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze account information to prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries.">
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information in the system.">
  • Analyze accounting reports to recommend financial actions.">
  • Maintain accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures.">
  • Guide accounting clerical staff to ensure accurate reporting.">
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.">

Additional Duties:

  • ">
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.">
  • Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.">
  • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends of all subsidiaries.">

Key Requirements:

  • ">
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across different levels.">
  • Advanced level accounting and financial skills to monitor day-to-day performance of all business units.">
  • Able to report directly to the Head of Department about any financial and accounting discrepancies in day-to-day reporting.">
  • Good knowledge of cost accounting.">
  • Ability to train staff on accurate financial reporting.">
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision required.">
  • Proficient in Excel and report writing.">
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.">
  • Previous experience in the food and garments industry is an advantage.">
  • Addition skills: Social Media and E-commerce.">
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.">
