We are seeking an exceptional Designer to lead our branding and social media initiatives, driving creative vision and execution across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Crafting compelling visual concepts for social media campaigns, branding projects, and promotional materials.
- Elevating brand consistency by ensuring all creative output aligns with Daraz's brand guidelines.
- Pioneering engaging content strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and considerations on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Conceptualizing and executing multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in art direction, preferably within an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in social media content creation, branding, and digital marketing campaigns through a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CapCut.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts effectively.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their impact on brand visibility and engagement.
