Creative Director

We require a highly skilled individual to lead our creative department, overseeing the development of creative plans for event management.

  • This role involves preparing artwork specifically according to client requirements and event type.
  • The successful candidate will creatively develop customized themes for different events and make formal presentations to deliver them to clients.
  • Maintenance of client relationships and communication with the team are key aspects of this position.
  • An intimate understanding of design and event best practices/guidelines is essential for this role.
  • Management of a team of creatives, including In-House Designers, is also required.
  • Ensuring all portfolios for every event are properly documented and approved by Senior Management is crucial.
  • Understanding event requisites and ensuring Operations Staff is well-informed about items is necessary.
  • On-site visits on the day of the event are necessary to ensure the execution of creative elements.
Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of event management and brand development concepts is necessary.
  • Socially active with good interpersonal skills is required.
