Job Summary

The National Helpline Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation of tasks and programs. They analyze and evaluate program progress to guarantee achievement of objectives, identifying areas for improvement and introducing new approaches as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and follow up on task implementation
  • Analyze and evaluate program progress
  • Introduce new approaches, methods, and practices in program implementation
  • Identify areas for follow-up and action from project documents
  • Monitor staff work in implementing project activities
  • Prepare quarterly progress reports summarizing activities and outputs
  • Implement annual work plans detailing specific activities for each quarter
  • Ensure targets are met
  • Facilitate project-monitoring visits
  • Organize monthly consultation meetings
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Sciences
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Development and Social sector or NGO
  • Team leadership skills with ability to lead by example
  • Good communication skills (oral & written)
