The role of the supervisor is to oversee the patient access team, ensuring that all patients receive timely and effective care. The supervisor will be responsible for coaching contact center team members, answering inbound calls and chats, maintaining appointment accuracy, coordinating with departments, evaluating performance, assisting contact center management, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of contact center experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
