
Learning and Development Manager

The Learning and Development Manager plays a critical role in shaping the skills and abilities of the workforce. This includes identifying gaps in employee knowledge and skills and developing targeted training programs to address these needs.
To achieve this goal, the manager will work closely with line managers and HR staff to analyze job requirements, career paths, and performance data. This information will inform the development of a comprehensive training strategy that supports the organization's business objectives.
The Learning and Development Manager will oversee the deployment of a wide range of training methods, including instructor-led training, online courses, and experiential learning. They will also be responsible for conducting effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
In addition to these responsibilities, the manager will monitor and assess the impact of training programs on employee performance and productivity. Regular reports will be submitted on the success of the programs and recommendations for improvement will be made as needed.
Throughout this process, the Learning and Development Manager will stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and best practices in learning and development.
