Job Description

This is a leadership role that oversees the daily operations of an organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, security, housekeeping, and infrastructure upgrades of the organization's facilities.
  2. Transportation and Fleet Management: Supervise the management of transport and fleet to ensure optimal utilization, compliance, and maintenance.
  3. Institutional Events: Plan and execute conferences, workshops, and other events with a focus on operational excellence and logistical coordination.
  4. Procurement: Manage procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness, vendor compliance, and timely acquisition.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with government authorities for approvals, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  6. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations across campus operations.
  7. Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  8. Vendor Negotiations: Handle contracts, service agreements, and vendor negotiations to optimize institutional resources.
  9. Process Improvement: Address and resolve operational challenges to ensure continuous process improvement.
