Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize assets for performance and memory constraints, targeting mobile platforms without compromising visual fidelity.">
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, playtesting sessions, and technical constraints, striking a balance between creativity and practicality.">
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, techniques, and tools in game art and graphics technology, sharing insights and best practices with the team.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate assets into the game engine, troubleshooting implementation issues as needed.">
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of art pipelines, asset libraries, and style guides, streamlining workflows and ensuring consistency across projects.">
  • Support marketing and branding efforts by creating visually appealing assets such as promotional artwork, banners, trailers, and social media content.">

Job Requirements:

  2. Candidates must be based in Karachi, Pakistan.">
  3. Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.">
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in 2D asset creation for games, with a diverse portfolio showcasing capabilities across various styles and genres.">
  5. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software for 2D art (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).">
  6. Excellent understanding of fundamental art principles such as composition, color theory, anatomy, and perspective, coupled with the ability to apply them effectively in 2D contexts.">
  7. Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for pushing artistic boundaries and delivering exceptional results.">
  8. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.">
  9. Experience with marketing asset creation is highly desirable.">
  10. Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and milestones consistently.">
