About this Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Support Services Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Accountabilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide daily administrative support to senior staff members.
    • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency:
    • Utilize Excel for financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Develop and edit Word documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Data Management:
    • Accurately enter and manage sensitive financial data.
    • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Graphic Design and Communication:
    • Design engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
    • Create social media content, flyers, and brochures.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Implement efficient filing systems.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
    • Contribute to special projects and events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic accounting knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Diploma from an accredited institution required.
