Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) of response time, average handling time, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to the development team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the team to improve performance and identify best practices.
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on our products and services.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
