Job Description

This role involves working on both brand and product design, developing visual identities, designing user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Product Design: Collaborate with product teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our products.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Design Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in both brand and product design.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Approach design challenges with a creative and strategic mindset, balancing aesthetic considerations with functional requirements.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in brand design, product design, or a similar role.
  • If applying as a brand designer, demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to product design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience with design systems and creating reusable design components is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UX principles, user research, and usability testing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in both brand and product design areas.
  • Experience with interactive and responsive design.
