Immigration and Student Support Specialist

  • This position involves handling a broad spectrum of immigration cases, including Express Entry, PNPs, Work Permits, Study Permits, and other types.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing client applications, drafting documents, and communicating effectively with clients.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to potential students, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Efficiently manage admission portals and official communication channels.
  • Research and explore scholarship opportunities, developing strong relationships with educational institutions.
  • Oversee marketing tasks, including social media advertising, customer inquiries, and more.
  • Maintain accurate and timely office administration: data management, client communication, documentation, and more.
  • Support the processing and supporting various application types.
  • Be involved in education consulting, managing portals, and partnering with educational entities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential.
  • Possession of own conveyance is preferred.
  • Previous experience in immigration/education consultancy or administration is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of other relevant languages being an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills is vital.
  • Comprehensive understanding of immigration regulations and procedures is essential.
