Full Stack Developer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud-native full-stack development, with a strong grasp of SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud-native platforms and applications.
  • They will implement robust full-stack architectures integrating frontend frameworks with backend services.
  • Agile and DevOps practices like CI/CD and automated testing will be adopted.
  • Cross-functional teams will be collaborated with to define and ship new features.
  • System analysis, design, project estimation, and planning will be conducted.
  • Customer training on software programs will be provided.
  • Tools, technologies, and methodologies will be explored and educated others about.
  • Design alternatives will be compared and effective technical solutions implemented.
  • New team members will be trained and assisted.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in cloud-native full-stack development.
  • Proficient in backend: Java, Spring or Quarkus; frontend: Angular and React.
  • Experience with Kafka preferred; skilled at integrating APIs, databases.
  • Strong grasp of SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB); performance tuning and schema design.
  • Practiced in CI/CD and test automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; effective team player in agile environments.
