
Learning and Development Leader

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Assistant Manager to support the design and execution of training programs across the organization. As an L&D Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the department heads to identify development needs, manage learning projects, and ensure high-quality training delivery.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a solid background in learning and development who is ready to take on leadership-supporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in Planning and Implementation: Help plan, develop, and implement company-wide training programs that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs, recommend effective solutions, and ensure seamless project management.
- Support Training Management: Assist in managing onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs to drive employee growth and productivity.
- Evaluate Training Outcomes: Monitor training outcomes, compile reports, and evaluate effectiveness to inform future training strategies.
- Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate with external trainers, resources, and logistics for in-person and online sessions to deliver high-quality training experiences.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and content to enhance employee engagement and skill development.
- LMS Tools: Utilize Learning Management System (LMS) tools for training assignments, tracking, and reporting to streamline training administration.
- Promote Learning Culture: Foster a culture of learning and career development across departments to drive business success.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Skills: Strong facilitation and communication skills, familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
- L&D/HR Certifications: L&D or HR-related certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5, ATD, SHRM) will be advantageous.
Work from Office.
Location:Islamabad / Rawalpindi.
