Job Title: Secondary School Leader

Description of the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving academic excellence and student growth at our school in Gulshan e Hadeed, Karachi.

  • Evaluate and enhance school performance metrics to foster improvement and guarantee no student is left behind.
  • Select, develop, empower, support, encourage, and retain top teaching talent within the school community.
  • Nurture a culture of continuous learning, mutual respect, collaboration, and coordination among all members of the school community.
Academic Responsibilities:
  • Implement a rigorous Teacher Selection process to recruit high-calibre teachers.
  • Develop and execute a data-driven school improvement plan based on thorough need analysis.
  • Maintain classroom quality through meticulous lesson planning and observations.
  • Foster professional development by providing regular demo sessions and constructive feedback to enhance teacher skills.
  • Monitor student progress by reviewing assignments and test papers.
  • Organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, and displays effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty members.
  • Administer term tests and examinations in a transparent and timely manner.
  • Promote team cohesion and motivate teachers to prioritize retention.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with the local community to promote education for both male and female students.
  • Maintain optimal student numbers through effective enrolment strategies.
  • Manage outreach initiatives, CV bank, and staff hiring processes efficiently.
  • Coordinate HR-related matters with regional teams.
  • Cultivate positive character traits and maintain school discipline.
  • Oversee staff leaves and attendance to minimize empty classroom days.
  • Supervise the admin assistant in accounts and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accurate management of school finances and premises maintenance.
  • Coordinate utility services and reports submission.
  • Understand and implement TCF policies effectively.
