Director, Department for Educational Excellence

A renowned institution seeks a visionary leader to spearhead its Department for Educational Development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of academic administration and a deep commitment to scholarship in health professions education.
The Chair will provide strategic direction to the Department, overseeing operational matters and ensuring effective development, delivery, and quality assurance of educational programs. The successful candidate will also promote educational scholarship and collaborations with stakeholders to drive excellence in health professions education.
- Applicants should hold undergraduate/graduate/post-graduate qualifications in health sciences, with preference given to candidates with Masters and/or PhD in Health Professions Education/Medical Education/Education.
- Experience of academic administration and demonstrable commitment to scholarship in health professions education are essential requirements.
- Candidates with an academic rank of Associate Professor or Professor and a well-established track record of leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
